How DencoDesk handles account information, support sessions, logs, and remote support activity.

Last updated: June 8, 2026

Overview

DencoDesk is a remote support tool. A technician may connect to a customer's Windows computer only after the customer opens the support app, shares a temporary code, and approves the connection.

Information We Collect

  • Technician account information such as name, email, company, role, and login activity.
  • Company profile information such as company name, support email, phone number, logo, and plan status.
  • Session records such as session code, technician, company, timestamps, duration, status, notes, and file transfer count.
  • Basic technical logs needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.

Customer Devices

The final customer does not need a DencoDesk account. DencoDesk should not be used to collect or store the customer's passwords or private credentials. Support sessions require customer approval and can be ended by the customer at any time.

Remote Sessions

DencoDesk uses temporary session codes and approval prompts. Screen sharing, remote control, chat, and file transfer are intended only for authorized support. Session history may be stored for security, support, and audit purposes.

Files and Logs

File transfer activity may be logged, including file name, size, direction, time, and session. DencoDesk should not be used to transfer illegal, harmful, or unauthorized content.
